  • Is early check in/ late checkout available? We charge $50/ hr for each hour of early check in or late checkout. The reason for the charge is that often times we have to block off a night on our calendar in order to accommodate the earlier check in or late check out in order to allow our cleaning crew time to prepare for the next guest.
  • Are bed linens and towels included in the property, or do we need to bring our own? Yes. Linens, towels, and extra blankets will be at the house for you and your group to use.
  • How much money is due for my reservation & when is it due? We require 50% at the time of booking and 50% 30 days before your stay. If you need a custom payment plan please let us know prior to booking.
  • What is your cancellation policy? 100% refund for reservations canceled 60 days in advance, 50% refund for reservations cancelled within 30 days.
  • What time is check in? What time is check out? Check in is at 3PM and checkout is at 10AM
  • How do we check in for our property? All of our properties have Smart Locks. You will be sent the door code 24 hrs before your stay.
  • Can we have some friends or family come over during the day if they do not stay overnight?
  • Are the pools heated? If we advertise the pool as being heated, it has the capability to be heated, but often times there is an additional fee for heating the pool and the fee has to be paid 3 days prior to your stay or we will not have ample amount of time to get the pool heated for you.
  • Is there a washer and dryer in the property? Yes. All of our properties have washers and dryers.
