Walking distance to Mt Bonnell where you will see the 360 Bridge over Lake Austin. Located in the heart of Austin you will be 5 minutes from the two most popular Austin attractions-Downtown (6th street) & the Domain! Down the street from Camp Mabry!
Transit: Uber and Lyft are best for getting around downtown Austin, as parking can be tricky!
Guests have full private access to pool and house. Garage is excluded from space
-Smart lock door code for entry
- Heating the pool is available with a 3 day notice, for $600
-All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware, and silverware provided.
-Salt & pepper provided and a small olive oil.
-Fresh sheets & towels provided.
-Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.
- Heating the pool is an additional $600 and we must know if you wish to heat it 3 days in advance.
*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed*
