Welcome to our eclectic 512Retreat group getaway located in a quaint neighborhood between South First & South Congress streets We are In the heart of Austin, Texas. 6th street & Rainey street 10-15 mins. Plus the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is just under a 15-minute drive away! We've designed this large one-story to comfortably accommodate groups of friends, family, and colleagues under one roof. Your entire group will enjoy the private heated pool and spa! 3% credit card processing fee charged at checkout. All bookings are subject to an additional event fee for any event or wedding with over 50 attendees.

Living room- Lounge on the oversized couch and turn Netflix on the TV or sit by the fire for a cozy night in.
All sheets, towels, linens, and kitchen essentials are provided.
Access: Guests can access the entire property.

Uber, Lyft, and scooters are all readily accessible from this location. Please limit cars to no more than 5. This is a residential area and it is disrespectful to our neighbors to flood the streets with cars.

-Outside Music must be turned down after 10:00 pm.
-All guests must be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Please do not block the driveway.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Please no food or drinks in bedrooms.
-You must agree to be safe and responsible at all times for yourself & your children.
-Do not move furniture without prior permission.
-$100 fine for any guests not paid for/ declared in the initial reservation.
